The Inventory Health Check will provide the client with some suggestions on how to improve or fix their existing issues. In addition, the client will be given some suggestions on how to avoid long term issues, suggestions for better business process, improvement on efficiency, and quick win solutions by leveraging some unused functionality.
This Health Check will include:
A review of the company’s business process flow at a high level such as the inventory control process, inventory replenishment and planning process, and item creation process.
A review of the customer’s pain points and bottleneck issues.
An analysis of high level gap/fit of business process flows and inventory transaction types.
A review of current inventory control and counting practices such as: cycle counting and physical inventory. Some aspects would include:
